Terms of Service — Brainwave

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Brainwave you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to sign up.

3. Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Brainwave a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and adapt that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights to everything you publish.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes someone else's rights. See our Community Guidelines.

5. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

6. No warranty

Brainwave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of educational content uploaded by creators.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
